Our name is a reference to our roots in North Idaho and the inspiration we receive from the hard working lumberjacks in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. The name reminds us to "keep chopping" and refine every project to it's best form.

Brett is a Sundance award-winning filmmaker, a graduate of the AFI Conservatory.

 

Desirae is an experienced commercial producer with a background in mathematics and logistics.

 

Under the banner of Lumberjack Films, their commercial directing accomplishments have been showcased on national television, including CBS Sports, NFL Network, and Bleacher Report. They have successfully completed productions all across the country and internationally, and have worked with top agencies such as 21 Grams and Tongal.​

 

Brett and Desirae are husband and wife and parents of three based in Los Angeles, CA.
